Beautiful room in a peaceful location. Very welcoming and attentive hosts and a perfectly cooked breakfast delivered to the room!

Clean, cosy, lots of little personal touches like Netflix and drinks in the fridge. great breakfast and very friendly, helpful owner

nothing really, only thing I would say is as the lakes go, it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere with the likes of Windermere, Ambleside and Grassmere about 50 min drive away

it was well kept and beautifully clean. lovely space to relax in.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, room was as advertised with amazing views as well. The family who run it are wonderful and went out of there way to make our stay nice, they even gave us recommendations for places to eat and nice walks to go on In the area. 10/10 does not do this booking justice, it truly was a perfect get away. And the food was lovely, it's brought to the room and was piping hot and delicious. We will definitely be coming back soon, fully recommend staying here.
