Owners were extremely friendly as you would expect for Norfolk. Bed was the best we had ever slept in including our own. Breakfast was mostly home grown/ made, freshly squeezed orange juice. Excellent.

Location and property superb

I left some Sunglasses at the Property from my brother-in-law, And it has been very difficult in getting them back taking number of phone calls and sending the address than envelope for the return. I was happy to pay but it seemed very inconvenient to the host. Which was disappointing.

I can’t add much more to the already excellent reviews. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our one night stay very much. Everything was just as it should be in every way. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Charming house, very cosy, run by a lovely couple. I had a delicious breakfast, homemade bread and a perfect fried egg.

The hosts at the Oaks were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The bedroom was comfortable and separate bathroom very impressive and all immaculately clean. The lounge/dining room was also excellent. The extensive breakfasts were delicious & included fresh fruit salad and homemade breads. The location was also good for us, as we were visiting Norfolk for a family party.
