Lakeside Old Hunstanton

Very pleasant peaceful location, very handy to beach and local area nice to leave the car and walk.

Some noise after 11pm (not the owners fault)

Excellent location. First visit to Old Hunstanton, we had stayed in other parts of N Norfolk. Guides to local walks printed for guests. Good continental breakfast and local places for evening meal, within walking distance.

Clive was a excellent host , very friendly and polite. My husband was very pleased as he was able to get gluten free , bread , cereal , and hot cross bun much appricated. We had room 4 which overlooked the pond it was very clean. Large clean white towels and sheets , large bed and two single and two tvs . Good location for all sights in the area.Restaurants within 15 min walk , walk into Hunstanton approx 35 mins. Great bakery at Holme good for coffee and cake. The property is right at the bottom of a hill not to good if you dont walk well

An exceptional B&B... from the initial welcome I knew this was going to be a fab experience. Generous hospitality, expansive continental breakfast, beautiful accomodation with the uniqueness of a lake. Moments away from the beach..a perfect location for complete relaxation surrounded by wildlife. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, a teapot in your room says it all!

The location is definitely a hidden gem in Old Hunstanton. It offers lovely scenery, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. Clive showed excellent knowledge of restaurants in the surrounding area for dinner reservations and also shared some interesting history about the building. The room we stayed in, was a lot bigger than expected, and worth the money! There are pre-planned coastal walks available for adventurous guests who enjoy exploring the scenery, and a pool table provided in the lounge.

There isn't anything I didn't enjoy about the stay.

The host Clive is always there with a warm and friendly welcome The rooms are lovely and spacious with all amenities in a beautiful seating with a short walk to the beach and a great hut that does lovely food great choices for vegans too Clive always goes above and beyond nothing is ever too much trouble it's our favourite place to come and rest and relax and see lots of lovely places and do our parkrun on a Saturday morning which is really friendly and only a few minutes drive away.
