Lakeside Old Hunstanton

The host was excellent, warm greeting. Showed me round all the facilities. Beautifully house and location with a lovely lake and a short distance from the beach. Would go there again and highly recommend to anyone.

We had the family room and it was great space! Very clean, comfortable and the hosts were great. The view from the room was excellent over the lake. Already looking at staying again!

Lovely establishment in a quiet and relaxing location. Sitting by the lake was delightful for having our morning coffee. The welcome felt friendly, personal and nothing was too much trouble. We genuinely felt that the owner was delighted to host people and took a great interest in his guests. The owner actually went shopping at short notice to buy lactose free milk for us. I found the bed extremely comfortable but didn’t sleep well because my partner snores like a tractor (forgot my earplugs)…so apologies to our neighbours if he kept you awake!!

One slight minus is we prefer a cooked breakfast but the continental offering was varied and good quality so we felt well fed and satisfied.

The host was friendly and helpful, nice location and comfortable room. We loved sitting on the boardwalk around the lake. Lovely walks close by.

It was a good location for us visiting the local area and within easy walking distance of the local amenities. Breakfast had a good choice with attentive staff.
