"Beautiful Gem in an amazing location"

Beautiful place and Clive is an outstanding host catering to all our needs as a young family. We even got to feed the ducks in the morning after our breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

"Very nice location, friendly and kind staff."

The staff were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. They encouraged us to make full use of the facilities and were especially kind to my child, even giving him bread to feed the ducks in the pond. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach.

There were no blackout blinds so we all woke up very early. It was the opportunity for a good morning walk though

The ducklings and goslings on the lake, the visiting deer in the field. Very quiet and relaxing in a perfect location for the beach, or walking into Hunstanton. Owner was friendly, approachable, helpful with local knowledge. Made the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and made to feel welcome.

Nothing to dislike.

A beautiful property in a quiet yet convenient location . Super comfortable and very well-appointed facilities. Delicious wide choice of breakfast buffet food. Lovely hosts who had obviously worked hard to provide this high standard of accomodation.

Breakfast was plentiful fresh and more than exceeded expectations , a full range of fresh produce and nothing was too much trouble The breakfast room overlooking the water was a great way to start the day

The accommodation was at full capacity during our stay but next time it would be nice to have a room with a view of the lake
