Text conversation prior our arrival excellent. Very warm welcome on arrival and helpful information for places to eat. Room very comfortable & very clean. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay again.

I really liked the attic room, it was light and airy and had a lovely bath to soak in and a comfy sofa to plonk down on to read and write. It was the kind of room you could spend time in rather than have to leave because there is only a bed in there. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served in the homely dinning room. Exmouth's expansive sandy beach was bustling with life and community. I will definitely go back.

Made booking and then found that the room did not come with breakfast. However, we arrived and were offered breakfast at reasonable cost, which was a bonus and excellent.

Great location, only a short walk to sialing cloud, marina and beach. Hosts were lovely and room was comfy and exactly what we needed.
