The bed was very comfortable. Very nice en suite bathroom.

Another chair would have been good and a waste bin in the bedroom.

"Lovely guesthouse with everything you need for a great stay"

I had a really lovely stay here in Exmouth. The room was spotless, cosy and comfortable. The bed was great, and I really appreciated the little touches like the smart TV and even an extension lead. The shower was powerful, the breakfast was delicious, and the hosts couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
