The property was lovely. We booked the loft room. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The host was really welcoming. We would book again.

A beautiful house in a really good location for the beach/town. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy and beautifully presented.

As much as we are dog lovers, the noise was a lot and not quite the relaxing stay we had hoped for. All through the night they would bark, at the slightest noise or movement in the house. They kept us up or woke up multiple times throughout the night for our entire stay.

Was a bit apprehensive about the attic room...being 6 foot 3.but there was masses of space..well presented and comfortable . Our host was friendly and helpful and very accommodating..would defiantly stall again.

Quiet location. Easy to park. Great host.

The property is easily accessible from the main road into Exmouth and parking is NO problem there. It is a little way from the Marina and Beach so most visitors would definitely not elect to walk to these POIs. Our delightful hosts could not have been more pleasant, informative and helpful and will cook an excellent breakfast to order upon request.

No complaints at all - I suppose anyone who has a phobia of dogs should not stay there, though the two resident hounds are the sweetest natured of beasts.

Lovely building and the loft conversion was beautiful. The velux balcony was a great touch :) Hosts were fantastic!

The bathroom being open plan - but appreciate may not be a way around it with shape of the room
