"Absolutely lovely"

Lovely house and room, the bed was lush, didn't want to get up. Owners made me feel welcome immediately. I would definitely stay again.

The velux balcony and the bath in the bedroom. Both very nice.

Top floor, long walk up stairs. Low ceiling not for tall people.

The location was very good, very comfortable bed and a very pleasant room.

Unfortunately the owners had dogs and my husband was allergic to dog hair. I did check whether the B&B was dog friendly and it wasn't so I assumed there would be no dogs on the premises. Would have been nice for a replenishment of milk on the second day.

"What a fantastic place to stay."

Lovely room spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything needed was to hand and bed was so comfortable. Can't find a fault at all. Perfect place to stay when visiting Exmouth and the surrounding area. Far enough away from town to be quiet and yet close enough for a walk into Exmouth.

No decaf teabags
