My wife was disappointed in how the host reacted and actioned after she told her that she had forgotten office equipment (wireless mouse) in our room. She texted her immediately the next day if she had found it, and if so, my wife would arrange a pick up from the accommodation and delivery to London and pay for it. First, she agreed that she would do it and then completely ignored her, did not text her back, neither did answer the phone. It was really not okay from her side not trying to help out when I explicitly told her how important that item was. Definitely not coming back

The house was good and comfortable

Unfortunately, the kitchen was locked due to which couldn't fill the water to drink. The other roommates were noisy at night
