The backyard was overloaded with rubbish. The heating does not work and could not be adjusted. The kitchen was ok but the oven was so dirty food remainings etc. The bath was clean.

The house was having a lot of work done to it on the inside, which was not communicated to me prior to check-in .I arrived after work around 8 pm, but it was too late to make other arrangements.....the door was very stiff and made a lot of noise when opening and closing....the door lock does not work properly.... 40-inch TV in the room but does not work... it was very cold in the room when I checked in, the owner put on the heating but only for an hour and it got cold again... the bedsheets were dirty. could not use the kitchen... was very difficult to find the property as located immediately behind a row of houses... no clear directions included in the confirmation email... v The location was very dodgy ..car parking was on the street and did not feel very safe...the toilet seat was not secure and kept moving.. all the sockets in the room looked like a fire hazard... I could not see it at night when checking in, but in the morning, there was a lot of trash in the front and back garden.... I booked this place, looking at all the previous reviews. Boy, was i wrong... could go on and on... checked out early next morning..

In a very convenient location. Very cosy. Helen is amazing and made checking in smooth and was very helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. Great value for money. .

Cost was great

Half decorated shared bathroom that other guests didn't clean after them - so getting into a visibly dirty shower was a no Mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress ever slept on - clearly not the new mattress the host mentioned as the bed slats collapsed at one point required us to put them back into place which required listing the mattress - horrendous TV in room was damaged - screen had lines on when viewing - this was reported. Tea and coffee, kettle in room was great but a spoon would have been useful Yes this was a cheap one night stay but that should not be a compromise on basics - if we had booked for 2 nights we would not have stayed for the 2nd night.

Nothing did not stay after walking to find the property cannot comment on inside or property owners sorry we turned away when we eventually located it.

Area its a house on a estate tucked behind more houses, people shouting in the street surrounding properties not great would not like to walk the alley in the dark that you have to use to get to the property. Pictures are not all all what we expected.

Location, house and friendliness.

Host was very nice but more directions / instructions beforehand would have helped, especially in finding the building, but also house rules etc., I had to ask other guests. Also the shared bathroom is not ideal.

Lovely lady came to give me a new hairdryer as soon as I let her know that the old one was broke.
