"Booked for 2 nights, but had to leave the next day aftero. Very, very disappointed & uncomfortable."

Location was unacceptably filthy. Have photos to prove it’s against Health & Safety Regulations. Very surprised that without inspection you have this property on your website. DISGUSTING!! REFUND PLEASE. Get in touch with me & let me know what action you will be taking or I shall take further action.

Entering the property there was 3 rubbish bins & bucket of cleaning items near the door, there was a broken toilet door next to the kitchen door half open. There was no chair or a table in the room at which to relax read or write. No proper dining table in the kitchen to have your breakfast or dinner. The only tea towel was too dirty to use. Extremely hot in the room and no fan either. Surprised that Booking.com rent out places like these. Sorry it’s disgusting.

The lady who ran the place was very friendly the room was big and not far from the hospital so i could to see my wife would highly recommend home from home amazing value for money and literally a few minutes drive from every u can think of kfc McDonald's tesco even the town centre is about a 10 minute drive

The mattress was a bit on the hard side but that's just me that is really the only issue I had

"Good little home from home."

How friendly, nice and accommodating Helen the host was. If you need something or something is not right then they are more than happy to help.

Just that I found it a little difficult to find the place once I got there.

"Hell : horrorful the shining."

It was awful. Thank God only one night. Really misdecribed.

The dangerous area the parking not knowing where which tiny flat it was how to get there and all awful shared bathroom with somone who was paper thin wall coughing spluttering and taken our towels. Had to wait v late before they came our son went to sleep without a bath. A family room one bed that could have broken very delicate and paper thin council awful two bed flat with junk everywhere outside. Felt very depressing black great decor incomplete seems like we were in a horror movie like the Shining. Avoid at all cost with a family. If you feel tired and down this place will make you feel really a lot worse the most uncomfortable room bed ever had the misfortune of being in. Booking com letting anyone put ppl up. Not fit for purpose.
