This property was kept very clean and tidy always smelt fresh no sort of mess within the property and was very welcoming and comfortable.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property.

The property was well kept clean had a good home feeling.

There was nothing that gave me a reason to dislike it.

We didn't slept there no any facility shere bathroom and she said after 22.00 closed and I cancel ur booking and I refund money back and then she said I drop the key in there we are there around 23.15 and we went in the room and we really fed up so we left the property and then we come back to Birmingham there we couldn't find any room we slept in the car still i waiting for refund we got very bad experience with this property...

Couldn't work out how to get in so contacted host who was v helpful.

they did try and make the room nice ast it was their wedding night

my daughter and her new husband didn't stay they left the same night due a conversation they had with someone who been there for 3weeks. they didn't feel comfortable in as a newly wed couple in staying there. I myself wasn't aware that it was shared thought it was going to be an empty property. I have asked for a refund as they didn't stay at the property but haven't heard anything back.

We were only staying for 2 nights so we didn't really see a point in complaining but to be honest not what you would expect from paid accommodation. The place definitely looks much better in the pictures on the add than what you actually get when you get there. If you decide to charge people for accommodation then some level of standard is definitely expected. The stains on the walls and some random junk (some old bed slates, headboard and some other items) just left in the bedroom wasn't really something that you would expect to find in your room. The bathroom definitely needs upgrading and definitely require a proper deep clean rather than just a rough surface clean. The beds were clean and comfortable tho so we have decided that for 2 nights we will just stay rather than try to look for alternative accommodation last minute but we definitely wouldn't book it again.

Some cupboards needed a bit of dusting but apart from that all good.

Nice clean spacious rooms, towels provided, kettle and variety of coffee and tea sachets in the rooms as well as a bottle of water, great communication with the owner, and a great overnight stay. Would recommend.

It was a good price close to Birmingham. It was clean and the rooms had a nice vibe. The other guest was also nice.

The bathroom could use some upgrade and cleaning as well as the kitchen as there were a few spiderwebs. Overall a nice place though. Also a bit complicated to find.
