The lady was so lovely and welcoming, she was really easy to be around and it was a lovely place to stay. The room was really comfy and the whole place was comfy.

"Dismal and Disappointing"

If your ideal weekend away is staying on a rundown council estate with rubbish in the garden, 'ring' doorbell on the floor, gangs of youths smoking weed & hanging around, then this is perfect 'home from home' for you. After experiencing that we decided not to stay as we didn't feel safe.

"Don't stay here without reading more of the reviews and checking out the property on Google earth."

I didn't stay here, although I booked it and expected to stay. On the day before travelling, I tried to find the location. Its in a very dodgy area and the photo of the building on their page isn't the venue, although I thought it was when I booked. On closer inspection of their reviews, I realised that their pictures and account of what they offer were probably fictional, so I forfeited the cost and went elsewhere.

Room was nice, comfortable bed. Cup of tea in our room. Due to issues, that was very scary and shouldnt of happened.. we had an extra night for free.

Very noisy. Could hear the TV from other rooms. Man shouting, very loudly and abusive launage. Police at the house, to get the man out of the house late at night. Broken toilet seat. Needs a light at the door step. Room cold as only had a plug in heater. Not a good location as very hard to find. Had to phone up for directions.
