I really feel bad for saying those words on the previous review, but I can't hide the truth Specialy the spells witchcraft and that kind of things are very dangerous for me

The price is the lowest around the area

The shower was alright, bathroom was fairly clean, albeit thoroughly wet with cleaning products. The host was communicative, which was appreciated.

The room was entirely different than any shown in the photos. All the photos showed a large comfortable bed, definitely none smaller than a double. The room I got was barely a single, with a thin foam mattress. When I got there no one was in, which was fine but it left me trying the doors downstairs without direction looking for the kitchen, I did ask the host eventually and was able to locate it after that. There was Netflix advertised in the listing, but what it didn’t say was that there’s a tv which you can log into your Netflix on if you pay for it already. I thought there was a microwave in the room but it was actually in the kitchen, which is fine, although there was very little clean cutlery in the kitchen, and I had to wash my own from the dirt cutlery left in the sink, but I couldn’t get the hot water in the kitchen to work which was very unsettling. The Wi-Fi wasn’t on when I came into the house, I was able to get in contact with the host regarding this which was good, and she informed me where to replug it in after the cleaner had left it unplugged. All the doors in the place were stuck and had to be shoved open forcefully, including my door. The bathroom lock was very hard to get to lock.

Honestly don’t have a bad word to say

Very reasonably priced and not far at all from the hospital. This place should definitely be the number one pick for healthcare staff working in the area!

Challenges to change check in time

The house was difficult to find on a very dark estate. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. I met Helen she was very welcoming and friendly. It was good value for money

Quiet friendly and helpful at the reception. Quiet Environment/for people who want to stay away from the City for some time.

Got a room for two(Double bed). The wooden slats at one Part of the bed was destroied. Meaning only one Person could sleep confortably... A Lot of Things lookt destroied or Missing in the House. I booked a Hotel near Birmingham bullcenter (9£ more the night) and got a much better experience/room

Simplicity

All good

The room was large and the bed really comfortable. The Wifi is very good and there are tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The shared bathroom was clean and the property warm. The cost per night is very reasonable too, an important factor when i have to pay for accommodation from my own pocket when working away from home
