"Pleasant stay & great host!"

As a student who needed somewhere to stay for work at the hospital - this place was very convenient as it is located very close to it. Smooth check in/out process - although I unfortunately did not get to meet the host we communicated well over text and she was more than helpful and definitely would go out her way to accommodate to a guests needs. The room was tidy and was better than I had expected - I was very pleased throughout the stay. 100% a great value for money!

Although of course it is uncontrollable and no blame to the host whatsoever - it is great that parking is available but there is a path to walk down from the house to get to it. This is not to put off any visitors but it is something I feel is great to know, I think it was my only worry since it was my first time staying out this long away from home, but everything was fine - it was just because Redditch is unfamiliar to me so I was not sure on safety/crime rate etc. But everything else was fine!

"Poor"

They made us wait even after the check in time. One of the rooms smelled nasty because of the previous mess. Heating system didn't work property so that we had to call them each time to adjust the temperature.
