Helen had an issue with the property I originally booked due to a customer failing to check out and leaving their stuff in the room. She offered me an alternative (a guest room at her home) at no extra cost. The whole family are lovely. I had to drop my lady to the airport at 2am and they were really chilled about this. They even left a note to a delivery man the next morning to be quiet to alliw me to lay in......amazing.
