"OK bearing in mind the cost - basic, clean en-suite room at a reasonable cost. OK for an overnighter"

Prompt check in. Helpful staff. Cheap beer! Clean room.

Basic decoration - could do with a freshen up. Very small shower cubicle. No breakfast available. TV not programmed - had to do a full set up/search and then only an average quality signal.

"Could not stay there because they had no record of our booking"

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel in Sept 2024 for Aug 06, 2025, received confirmation and then sent them a message asking if we could check out 1 or 2 hours later, received a reply within a few hours saying that was fine. When we attempted to book in on 06 Aug they had no record of our booking even though I had a voucher and all rooms were full. We then had to search to find another hotel to stay in at 3 x times the price
