Lovely quiet location, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was superb! Anne was very hospitable and helpful with local information. Two very nice pubs within 5 minutes driving distance, both serving excellent food.

"Perfect hideaway for a quiet night yet ideal for Bristol attractions."

Lovely quiet spot and sweet host. Cosy bed and clean room. Excellent breakfast, eating with a view onto open fields. Nothing was too much trouble and Anne even booked restaurants for us. Perfect location for Ashton Gate Stadium or Long Ashton park n ride so ideal for enjoying Bristol.

Signage in Bristol is shocking.

We were visiting family locally, so it was a perfect location. It is very convenient for the bus to Bristol. Lovely walks in the area. The accommodation is very spacious with an en suite fitted with a large shower. We had cooked breakfast every morning served in the conservatory overlooking fields, which was lovely . Fruit juice and cafetiere of coffee or pot of tea to accompany it. Anne is a wonderful and kind owner who does everything possible to help you enjoy your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Snipelands and would not hesitate to return or recommend it.
