We stayed at Snipelands for 2 nights at the end of September 2023, in the Flaxley (Double) Room. We were visiting friends in Nailsea and had been finding it very difficult to find good quality and reasonably priced accommodation in that area, so were very pleased to come across Snipelands. It was easy to get in touch with Anne by email and phone before our stay, and we had no problems finding the B&B when we arrived. Anne gave us a warm welcome and we particularly appreciated the information that she gave us about operating the shower and front door. The room was an excellent size, with everything we needed for a short break. As others have noted, the tea and coffee tray was one of the best we’ve ever seen in a B&B! The bathroom was also an excellent size with the shower being particularly good. We very much liked the rural location - it was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed watching the cows while we had breakfast (which was also excellent). All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at Snipelands and would certainly consider staying there again in future.

Anne is a wonderful host, the location is beautiful with green pastures and central to Bristol by bus (20mins). The Breakfast was a 10/10 standout.

WOW a hidden Gem everything from start to finish was just fabulous. Breafast was lovely and Anne was very informative with recommendations of places to visit we would definitely recommend

A warm and friendly greeting after a long journey, checking in was easy and no hassle, the room was aired, clean, fresh and well equipped with refreshments including biscuits and chocolates. Anne was very professional and friendly and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The food was lovely with a wide range of choices for breakfast, very well presented.

Having to leave to go home !

The breakfast was fabulous, Ann couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and caring. We had everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, including the breakfast It really was a home from home and Ann couldn't have been lovelier Rooms and bathroom were lovely and clean. Bed was really comfortable , as were the choice of pillows Location was fabulous, really quiet and rural, but only 5 minutes from Bristol

It was lovely homely bungalow in the countryside not fair from Bristol. You could have a combination of many things for breakfast. Ann was a kind and helpful host.
