In the room we had the bathroom was separate was the handbasin.

From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel genuinely welcome to ensure everything met my expectations. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable—exactly what I needed for an overnight stay close to the university campus. The location was ideal as well, making it easy to explore the surrounding if I had the time! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, and comfortable stay

Great location - around 5 minute walk from station and 20 minute walk to the university. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything i needed. The shower had good power and temperature of the water was perfect .

Well equipped bedroom, and it was cleaned thoughtfully everyday! The staff is very kind and responsive! And the location is convenient, just few minutes away from the train station！

The hotel is located right next to an intersection, so there will be some noise at night.

It's great to find a nice, comfortable room at this price, close to the city centre and the Uni. The tap and sink in the room are also very helpful.

It's common for soundproofing to be poorly done in the UK.

The hotel was nice the manager Lorean was very welcoming and showing around and the room. The location was briliant.

The other guest room 1 made noice in the early hours in the morning at 3am that was not nice. As it desterbed me.

Have stayed a few times in this B and B. Always clean and Lorraine, the host, is always welcoming. Very close to Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central station.

Excellent location for train station, city centre and University, very welcoming staff, really comfy bed! Lorraine also stored our luggage after checkout.

Would maybe pay extra next time for the convenience of an en-suite, but a good value, comfortable room.
