Great budget guesthouse within walking distance of the city centre. Friendly owners and the room was comfortable.

Nothing to dislike at this price point. The kettle had a lead which was a little short but I was able to move the table slightly to accommodate. Bathroom facilities are communal but as mentioned you can't argue with the price and location for a budget stop over in the city.

Nice little place, simple, clean and comfortable. Located ten minutes up the hill from Exeter St David's train station and a short walk into town. Hosts were friendly & helpful.

My room had a bit of traffic noise, not a problem for me but something to be aware of.
