Très bel endroit, bel emplacement. Les hôtes sont très chaleureux, acceuillants et prèts à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et bien organisé. Très bon emplacement en ville et tranquille.

The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and the breakfast option was fantastic fully customisable, it met dietary requirements too. Lovely stay!

The location, very friendly and accommodating hosts

Great location, Andy & Caroline were perfect hosts. Fantastic breakfast as well. Ticked all the boxes. Would definitely book again.

Lovely B&B on the beachfront in Lowestoft. Easy access to the beach and the town, with all of its shops and facilities. Parking was plentiful and free. Breakfast was home cooked to order and was delicious. The room was very clean and tidy and warm. Bathroom was compact but has everything needed and was very clean. Would recommend to others and would stay there again when in Lowestoft.

My room was on the first floor and there is no lift, which made lugging my luggage up the stairs a bit of a pain.
