"Very comfortable, and friendly with a great breakfast."

Lovely bright room with a sea view. Good shower room with good water pressure and temperature. Tea and coffee facilities. Lovely Full breakfast. Very pleasant breakfast room Room 2 was on the first floor. Places to eat not too far away. An easy walk. Just two and a half miles from the East Anglia Transport Museum - That was the reason for my visit! The owners went out of their way to ensure that the stay went well.

Best not to arrive at the end of the primary school day as parents park outside to pick up the students. Not really suitable for people who can not climb stairs.

Lovely location & we had a fantastic sea view from our comfortable room. We could just sit in the armchair in the bay window with a book and gaze out to sea. Great breakfast options, good vegetarian choices and milk alternatives available. Very friendly hosts, Andy and Caroline. Will definitely be returning.

"Super Tip für einen Kurzurlaub an der Küste East Anglias!"

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Caroline, obwohl wir erst nach der Check-in Zeit angekommen sind. Frühstück täglich individuell variabel. Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Seeblick sehr schön. Bad saniert mit ausreichend großer Duschkabine, was in England nicht häufig ist. Caroline hat viele Tips zu Pubs, Restaurants und Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
