GBVery good Full English breakfast provided. Freshly cooked to order. Bathroom supplies and tea/coffee available in room. Large Bed and good pillows and towels provided. Limited parking off-road, or easy parking outside. Local shops and pub within easy walking distance.
GBWe stayed here as we were attending a birthday celebration locally so the location was perfect for us. The lodge is set in a lovely garden which was very peaceful. It had everything we need for a short stay and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was very good, quality ingredients cooked well. The sausages were particularly good. Mark was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like as such. There’s only one thing I would add and that’s brighter lighting above the bathroom mirror or a touch mirror that lights up to make shaving/applying make up easier.
AUWe received a very warm welcome from Mark. The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and clean en-suite. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended

The windows could do with blackout curtains/blinds. Especially during the summer when the nights start getting light at 4.00 am
