Really enjoyed our stay, hosts were really nice, room was comfortable and spotless, and the location is excellent. Special shout for the quality of the breakfast, was top notch.

The breakfast was as advertised ...a very impressive Cumbrian Breakfast with plenty of additional choices. Colin and Sarah wee perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble .

The full English breakfast was excellent

Parking is difficult as only on street parking is available and is a busy residential street. Would book a 1st floor room next time for better privacy from the street - it wasn't apparent at the time of booking on booking.com.
