Steep stairs up to room . Those with mobility issues would find it difficult

No nos gustó que ell bar estaba cerrado por la mañana y tuvimos que desayunar en la habitación, ya que te dejan el desayuno en la puerta por la noche. El desayuno completo, pero echamos de menos un café expreso...

Breakfast ok. Would have been nice to have proper milk - they could offer it in small chilled flasks instead of little plastic pots of UHT. Also, small glass pots of tea, coffee, etc. rather than sachets to improve sustainability. Likewise with the breakfast.

Some stains in bathroom and on bedroom carpet. Breakfast was fine but limited and all iitems individually packaged so lots of wrappers, etc. to go to landfill Not great environmentally. Nothing homemade. Sustainability could be vastly improved with a little thought and effort.

Property was fair for what was needed in an overnight stay, friendly staff, food was good and just what we needed from that front. In an ideal location central for our activities in the highlands.

The water pressure and temperature of the shower was not acceptable. Temperature would increase and decrease on its own to a point of scalding hot and made it unbearable to take a shower. We would have like to have a steady hot shower.
