Birmingham Allen 1 & 2

Nice location and good infrastructure. Got to meet the owner and her daughter that usually live in Manila. Very nice people.

The weather was awful but we ate delicious pancit that we could order from the staff. So we didn't have to go outside to look for a restaurant.

We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee every morning 🌄

Broken windows not latching. Hearing too much noise from the outside. Ants and one cockroach when we moved to room 6. So I bought bug spray and that seemed to help. Bathroom floor always flooding from using sink. Once again lacking hot water and water pressure in shower.

That the staff was always accommodating when we asked for hot water, water bottle filled up with water or a cup with ice.

I didn't like the windows not being able to close. Kept hearing outside noise and being woken up during the night. Didn't like my plastic utensils being taken by the cleaning staff. Those were not theirs to take. Didn't like the bathroom floor always getting wet from taking a shower. Didn't like not having hot water every day to take a shower.

Nice ambiance, the property is clean and the foods are great!

Its a very nice small hotel with an amazing love of decoration. The whole house if full of native filipino art. Something you do not expect in this area.

Just 2 suggestions. Please get wifi into all rooms not only on the reception area. And change the description. The rooms have no balcony - but that does not really matter as you have a wonderful pool right in front of the ocean.

Food did take a bit long being served. Probably cause it is made on the other location of Birmingham. Further not everything was in stock what was on the menu. But in general a good fair hotel with decent staff and a nice pool, also for kids. Hotel is a bit overpriced but the best what the city of Allen has to offer. We would book this hotel again.

The staff was helpful

The cleaning staff also had a loud talk outside my window at 7am.
