Very clean, good aircon, great power point station next to the bed. Just a the corner you have supermarket, atms, restaurants, etc.

The accommodation is in a bend of a little alley, noise from honking and pedestrians. But during late night, is quiet.

"good accomodation but bad staff communication and lack of professionalism"

The woman who checked me in was very kind and helpful with everything. The room was spacious with good facilities and fairly clean. There was a little book on top of the bed with the staff names, contact details and popular attractions in the city of Sanur. The locationis excellent.

1. Miscommunication with payment: There was a misunderstanding among the staff regarding my room payment. I booked and paid for the room for two nights but had to leave from the first night due to personal reasons . Additionally, I was surprised by a 7% tax charge for paying by card, even though the booking price was supposed to include all taxes. When I tried to leave, a taxi waiting for me, the night staff insisted I hadn't paid. I showed them the digital receipt from my card, but they couldn't find any record of my payment. I spent 25 minutes explaining the situation, emphasizing that I had already paid and that the communication issue was not my responsibility, especially since the night staff had limited English proficiency. After several attempts to communicate via phone with someone else who could understand me, I offered to forward the receipt, but they continued to insist there was no record of payment. Frustrated, I eventually requested a WhatsApp number to send the receipt, as I needed to leave immediately. Finally, they apologized, acknowledging it was a misunderstanding. This experience was particularly frustrating for me, especially considering that even if I had paid in cash, I wouldn't have received an official receipt from the residence. Overall, it felt like there was an attempt to extract more money from me, which left me quite dissatisfied with the situation. 2. There was a stain on my bedsheets 3. They alley leading to the residence is a bit scary at night
