Host greeted with warm welcome, fab B&B Room and facilities are clean and tidy. Suited us as we were quiet and in bed by 9.30 (european backpacking travellers) The breakfast was A1 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, George. Keep doing what you do You are the best 😊

The location was perfect for the city centre, the room was warm and comfortable and George, the host, was brilliant and could not do enough. Breakfast was the best and we even parked for free. 5* in every way. Thank you.

It is very close to the city centre and right opposite a park and the Roman amphitheatre. We are offered a wide variety of food for breakfast.

The staircase is a bit narrow.

George is an excellent host who provides a lovely guest room with a very comfortable bed. Lots of nice extra touches, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Great freshly cooked breakfast. Park View is ideally situated, being close to the river, city walls and cathedral and places to eat.

Our stay at Park View was fantastic! George went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and his breakfasts were the best we had during our 2 week vacation in the UK. The location was perfect; an easy walk from the train station and into Chester city center, but very quiet and private in the evenings.

A warm welcome from George, who was very attentive throughout our stay. Lovely, quiet room which had everything we needed. Fantastic breakfast which kept us going all day! Parking right outside and only a short walk to the centre.

Slight concern at first regarding having no lock / catch on the door as expected, but all part of the ‘home from home’ feel.

There is nothing not to like friendly welcoming hosts who go the extra mile to make sure everything is spot on, welcome drinks, chocolates on the bed in the evening, amazing breakfast ( best cooked breakfast of our whole trip). Room was inviting and comfortable. B&b close to everything so we just parked the car and walked everywhere perfect. Thanks for having us

2 ‘be aware’ if you are not so agile you may find the steps up and down to the bathroom a bit of a struggle. Try not to time your arrival for school pick up and drop off times as you may struggle to get a car park.
