Fantastic breakfast, really comfortable scrupulously clean room with lovely touches (e.g chocolate & toiletries).

The host was very welcoming and helpful . The location was excellent . George had included lots of little touches to make stay more enjoyable . Breakfast was a good variety and the full English very tasty was definitely set up for the day . Will definitely be returning when we next visit Chester.

Sorry but I can’t really think of anything.

Our stay was so enjoyable. George and Theresa made us feel very welcome and at home. The room was comfortable, warm and had everything you would need for a short stay. Although the bathroom was separate, this was not an inconvenience as it was 2 metres from the bedroom and was spacious, warm and immaculate it was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would recommend a stay with George and Theresa if you are in Chester it's a lovely, homely b&b and represents fabulous value for money. We will, of course be revisiting. Free parking in Chester city centre! Also, the best full English ever :) Awesome :)

George is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. You can tell his heart and soul goes into making your stay the best. He thought about every little thing, from wine and beer upon arrival, the room included dressing gowns and slippers, tea & coffee, a selection of chocolate bars and more. The large private bathroom is fully stocked and has everything you could possibly need with a range of toiletries you can use. Everything is exceptionally clean and the room is based on the back of the house which is really quiet. There are fans in the room if you need them too. The breakfast is out of this world! Selection of cereals and fresh fruits and yoghurt. I would highly recommend the cooked breakfast, it was perfect. Location is great - opposite the park and 5-10 mins walk into the main part of Chester. If you're wanting 5 star service in somebody's home, this is the place to stay. Thank you George. We'll definitely be back next time we're visiting.

Full breakfast was a plate full, good quality ingredients and well cooked by George. Loved all the fresh fruit with yoghurt. Good selection of cereals. Perfect stay for sightseeing and shopping just around the corner.
