Room was in a beautiful house with it's own bathroom. Clean, comfortable & lovely finishing touches. Friendly host & excellent breakfast. In the centre of Chester 2 mins from the bars.

We had an amazing stay. George is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. The room and location are fantastic, but it's all the extra details that made it so special. George provided us with welcome drinks, gave us excellent tips for eating out, provided treats in the room on arrival, and set up the room with additional treats and other touches while we were out at the pub. We had an excellent night's sleep in quiet comfort. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal, with incredible variety and attentiveness. Great sleep, great food, great chat. Absolutely nothing was left out. Thanks so much, George, for a truly memorable stay.

Absolutely nothing. I just wish we had more time to spend in Chester.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and a variety of cereals, fruits and Greek yogurt and full English. Location is ideal .. just a few minutes walk to the town centre and The Rows. Room was very comfortable and bathroom modern and a large selection of soaps and shampoos. Parking right outside the house.

I wouldn't put it as a dislike more of a caveat. If you have mobility issues you may want to discuss this with the host, George. The stairs to our room are steep so step carefully. It's part of the charm but a quick chat could resolve this.

Great location for a stroll along the river or into the City centre. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Fantastic breakfast with a lot on offer and a charming host. We were made to feel very welcome with some nice touches along the way- welcome drink, selection of toiletries and more. Would strongly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, such a choice. Added touches in the room, above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The perfect host. This is most definitely not your Travelodge - the WiFi is free for starters! So lovely to stay where all your needs are catered for. May individuality reign in an otherwise sterile hospitality industry.

An excellent B&B. It is conveniently close to the city centre with parking arranged by George the owner, very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. George was very friendly and considerate, providing extras such as welcome drinks in an ice bucket and a newspaper at breakfast each morning. It was a really good experience staying here.
