B&B Dorwyn Manor

Very very basic small room. Hula hoops on the floor and under the bed. Stain on bathroom floor. Felt like we were in the workers wing. A guy came out smelling of alcohol and asked if we made all the noise the night before as he had to get up for work. Thankfully we only stayed one night The turn into the car park overgrown, looked rough, unkept.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und Mike, der Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gleich noch einen Tisch für das Abendessen in einem tollen Restaurant klar gemacht. Der Ort Avebury ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und die Landschaft ein Traum!

Das Zimmer war recht klein, das Bad winzig und hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, andere Gäste polterten um 3.30 Uhr durchs Haus (wegen der Sonnwende), das störte die Nachtruhe schon erheblich.

Very welcoming and helpful hosts Good variety of breakfast options cooked to order. I liked the fridge of beers and soft drinks and other goodies in the communal area .

Stunning location with easy acess to Avebury and the Ridgeway. Wonderful accommodating hosts, the honesty shop, and very comfortable beds.
