"An amazing stay in Avebury!"

Dorwyn Manor is a gem! Mike and Debbie were amazing hosts and made my partner and I very welcome. The games room and library were a bonus. The location is perfect for exploring the World Heritage site of Avebury on foot. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to visit again.

"Brilliant place and staff!"

Exceptionally friendly staff and lovely location. Mike was a truly remarkable host, giving us tips about hiking, driving us to the beginning of the trail and generally being very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't recommend him more! Breakfast was great too.

"Top quality, ideal for Avebury visit"

Peaceful, immaculately clean, very good breakfast, five minutes walk from Avebury, Country views from the bedroom, friendly, professional staff, ample parking, a lounge/library with a huge book collection.

Mattress a bit soft, but that's a matter of taste

"I wanted atmosphere around the summer solstice and I got loads of it."

The owners were delightful and went to lots of trouble to stay up for me and make sure I found my way home as Avebury is very dark!
