"A perfect base for our short stay in Machynlleth."

The location was excellent for our 3 day stay in the area, a peaceful, scenic spot, yet just a short drive from the town. The breakfast was good and just what was needed to fuel our day.

Nothing springs to mind, everything was as expected.

THe bacon was delicious. The coffee was ready the moment I came downstairs! There was a little fridge in my room so i could have real milk with my tea. They were friendly without being intrusive

the weather was scary as it was the middle of storm Amy. The thiick farmhouse walls were reassuring

Poor TV reception with now access to BBC Shower temperature control was erratic.

"Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay there again."

Breakfast was excellent. Location was surrounded by beautiful countryside. Extras in the room were very handy such as shoe polish kit, sewing kit, spare razor (boxed) and a small fridge with jug of milk. Very thoughtful provisions.
