"Its a Bed & Breakfast that doesn't do Breakfast."

No breakfast, I was told the Toby back in Colchester did breakfast. An extremely pot-holed lane to the premises. No food allowed in room, but graciously allowed to eat my sandwiches in the "breakfast room".

The property was lovely and clean with the hosts welcoming. I was offered the choice of single rooms as there were no other guests staying. The shower was hot and bathroom really clean. The bedroom was very comfortable and the location beautiful.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, pleasant room for the night.

Finding out after we'd booked and paid that breakfast wasn't included. A few cobwebs on the ceiling. Shower nice and hot but rather cramped.
