The venue is set in lovely countryside with good parking . Perfect location for local Wedding venue The host was very flexible with our arrival time . Much appreciated. Highly recommend this B&B

Excellent location for Layer Marney Tower, where we were attending a family Wedding. This was our primary reason for choosing this property.

Advertised as a B & B but no breakfast is included and is actively discouraged by the owner. Feel the description is less than helpful, by not pointing this out. Should have read the previous reviews! Room was basically a converted garage with big patio doors. It was cold and basic. We found the bed OK and it was clean. Only one chair, which was a garden chair. Inadequate lighting and heating in the bathroom. Nowhere to dry wet towels. Too much noise from the accommodation above and a dangerous looking kettle with exposed wires. Very disappointing.

Bed only. Breakfast available as an add on but not encouraged as cost effective. This worked well for me.
