Séamus ist überaus gastfreundlich, hat uns direkt mit Kaffee, Tee und Biscuits willkommen geheissen und uns viel über die irische Kultur erzählt. Ich war der erste Gast mit Zöliakie bei ihm. Er hat sich direkt bei der nationalen Zöliakiegesellschaft erkundet, auf was er achten muss. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting, a smile and a cup of tea.. The host was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble and was so helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and Seamus was wonderful company
