Location but less availability for night dinner very difficult to find out the hotels from the property. Breakfast was excellent.

Aneesh ji is Awesome host. He maintained the property very well. The property was very neat and clean & have a great view from 2nd floor. He arranged scooty at very low price. Gave travel advices, which were actually useful. Breakfast was also very good & arranged for a cab at lower prices. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

"Satisfying stay at Port Blair"

Spacious rooms , well furnished ,clean. There is cooking facility as well, Ro/UV water filter . Near airport, only 20 minutes drive. Packed breakfast in small box was served for our early morning flight.

Without lift but stairs are easy Difficult for persons with knee problem. My group of 7 adult age between 61-80 managed to stay for 1 night without much difficulty.
