Pibo Homestay

The room is neat n clean especially because their washroom is well maintained. The main key feature of this stay is his owner (Mr. Anees ji), a very kind n extremely genuine human being. My mom has some pain n other kinds of issues. But she stayed in this house n felt like of own home. I describe in one line that a pibo home stay is awesome. Live feel free without any problem. Their staff was also very kind and attentive.

Very nice and big rooms. Very good and clean bathroom in the room. Anish, the owner of the homestay very nice and helpful. Very good vfm. Close to the airport. There is an option to arrange the drives from the ferry and to airport with the owner of the homestay, in good price also.

Staff were always welcoming and helpful, and costs were transparent. Appreciated that the owner was always ready to help out if needed. Hot water was consistent, though pressure wasn't that strong. Table and chair included in room. Clean toilet, towels and room. Overall, a great deal for the price.

AC can get pretty noisy while running. Pillows were moldy. It can get noisy outside when there are other guests as rooms are close to each other.

Ani who owns and runs the homestay is an exceptional host. All the boys he has working for him are so kind and welcoming. Smart TV with nextflix and good Wi-Fi speeds meant we could relax at the end of the day and easily plan our next leg. There was a lovely big balcony where you could sit out and enjoy the peace.

1. How hospitable, warm, and extremely helpful the owner of the homestay is at planning anyone's trip to the Andamans be it a first timer, a seasoned traveler or a fellow Indian national. Myself and Mum both being first timers, the owner helped us fine tune the itinerary we planned for our trip to the homestay so that our limited time there was optimized. Also, to all new travelers, the owner has contacts in both Havelock and Neil Island. So all I can say is contact him and you wont be disappointed ;) 2. How quiet the location surrounding the homestay is despite being only 10 minutes by tuk tuk, car or bike. 3. The homestay is a mere 15 min slow walk to Corbyns Cove Beach. 4.How very clean, super spacious and brightly lit the rooms and attached bathroom were. 5. Availability of home cooked meals. 6. The fittings were all good quality, the AC was cool, tea, coffee, and a basic toiletries kit were provided. What is priceless, is the kind hands on attitude of the owner who treated us more like family as opposed to visitors. The owner went out of his way many times such as by getting us meals on short notice, taking us around in his own car when it was late and answering our many queries during our stay there.

There are no lifts. However in all honesty it is a persons home and it is simply not economically feasible to construct a lift for a mere 3 story house.
