Unique and charming house, caring generous host, comfortable bedroom, fabulous breakfast and plenty of opportunities for homemade cake and biscuits during the day. So close to the interesting sights of Beja.

Perfect location right in the heart of Beja a few minutes walk to everything. Maria's breakfast was superb an amazing choice was offered in the very pretty courtyard garden! Parking is easy in the town plemty of options!

Go to Beja to stay at Maria’s!!! And then see the city. Liked · Maria’s guesthouse was an exceptional experience! Big, comfortable room; wonderful big bathroom; fabulous location; beautifully decorated with art, antiques and excellent crafts; wonderfully nice and helpful staff; and best of all: the breakfast was the BEST breakfast we have had in any hotel in Portugal, or elsewhere for that matter. GO TO BEJA IF FOR NO REASON THAN TO GO TO MARIA’S!!!

Disliked · There is nothing at all. This is an exceptional place. DO NOT be put off by the “guesthouse” title. This is a lovely, small boutique with all the amenities you need.
