Excellent continental breakfast .Only available in your room .

Didnt realise that breakfast was not included and cost £10 per person per night , only served in your room. No cooked breakfast available. Room was classed as de luxe but bathroom is private but not en suite, across landing. Room was on top floor up many steps which was not a problem for us but may be for others.

Lovely room and decor scheme, easily accessed by car and found street parking easily. Gracious hosts.

Hot room, heavy duvets, no a/c, bathroom across the landing (with steps down and up), no table/counter/desk space (large table, but set with dishes so not usable).
