This was a stylish B&B with tasteful decor and a perfect room. I had a single room which was spacious with a small but perfectly formed shower room. A continental gluten free breakfast was brought to my room which felt like a luxury. If only I had this at home.

Beautiful home and large room. Host met us on arrival and welcomed both of us. Very comfy, king size bed and so quiet at night. Lovely touches to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was bought to us in our room and sat overlooking the garden. Would definitely stay again. Tavistock is a lovely town with independent shops and lots of nice places to eat and drink.

Lovely to have breakfast delivered to the room. Extremely comfortable bed!

The shower is the rainwater type- so impossible to shower without getting your hair wet- and no shower cap.

Beautifully decorated spacious room with high ceiling in a beautiful Victorian house. It was a walking distance to Tavistock town centre. Lovely view of the park and tennis club out of the window. Lara who was looking after the property in absence of the owners were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Gala room(No4) and the shower room wasn't en-suite. It was across the landing and there is level difference between the room, hallway and the shower room. That caused us some inconvenience. Cleaning could have been better. On day 2, when we returned to the room late afternoon, the toilet had soiled water and on day 3, the shower tray wasn't cleaned properly. Being a Bank Holiday weekend, we paid £150/night for the room plus £20 extra for breakfast. I'm not sure if we got a good value for money.
