"Lovely home from home base"

Very comfortable room with excellent en-suite and mini fridge and with its own front door. Also air conditioning which was great in the heatwave. Very friendly host Neil provided great breakfast and local info. Walking distance to seafront but in very quiet cul-de-sac

"Excellent B&,B. Strongly recommended"

Neil cooked superb breakfasts. The B&B was very well set up. Separate entrance but easy to contact owner who was very helpful and thoughtful throughout. We enjoyed the short walk to railway station and town..Room and water nice and warm.

Accommodation was perfect couldn't fault anything Martyn and Neil were great hosts making us feel very welcome and comfortable from start to finish, exceptional choice of food and drink offered at breakfast we will definitely book again
