I had previously stayed a night here a year or two back, and actually in the same room. The place is sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable, and decent pressure in the electric shower. Rather than tea and coffee facilities in the room, there is a machine on the landing nearby, which is easy to operate and makes good qulity coffee and tea. There is no dining room, so breakfast is not included, but there are cafés nearby. Tarbert was not busy and there was plenty of parking available and I was able to park right outside the entrance to the premises. WiFi connection was free, and rock solid.

I would have liked the heater in the room to have been a little more powerful. There are no televisions in the rooms (or at least, nomne in mine) but really in this day and age of laptops, tablets and smartphones, I doubt if people need a tv in the room.

Basic but very pleasant accommodation, spotlessly clean and well presented. Fantastic central location and the owner was friendly. Late check in but no problem.

Unfortunately was a little noisy even despite not being busy.Couple of people arrived late in evening and was being shown different rooms by hosts and was disturbing our sleep . Also is a bar underneath that while not over noisy was annoying.The rooms have no TV but we had good Wi-Fi so could watch player on my ipad

A perfect location in the centre of the lovely village of Tarbert. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Great service from Hugh who helped us carry our bags upstairs and showed us how to work the coffee machine/blinds. The shower had great power and was hot as well as the room ( it was cold outside).

The stairs going up to the room however no reflection on property just an observation for anyone with walking difficulties.
