Hugh gave an excellent introduction and good tips for where to go for my evening meal.

Hugh was very welcoming, attended very quickly as we arrived for the check-in, provided helpful information on the places available to eat. The room was very cosy and warm. There was a nice coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine available for guests to use. The room was clean and comfortable, very well located by the Tarbort harbour, perfect to catch the ferry in the morning. We were also able to keep our bikes sheltered overnight.

Exceptional value for money. Central yet quiet location with a very clean and cosy room. Friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed the drinks machine after a cold and windy cycle -a really nice touch!

Loved the location and the cosy feel about the property . Hugh was so welcoming when we arrived and made us feel right at home

Unfortunately it was quite noisy from one particular neighbour until quite late on……not sure if it was coming from one of the rooms or below ours but could also hear her from when we got up at 6:30
