Wonderful view, super sweet host, awesome breakfast

The location, beautiful view, nice breakfast and the host is polite and hospitable

A little bit old , but for this price it perfect

Very clean room, simple but it had everything we needed. Comfy bed with mosquito net if necessary. The electric fan was more than enough to keep the room cool, we didn't even have it on overnight. Hot shower and clean bathroom. Stunning views from the balcony, even when it rained it was lovely to sit outside and watch the scenery changing as the clouds moved across the hills. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to appreciate the views and have peace and quiet, but still be close to Ella for restaurants, shops, transport etc. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk downhill (mainly steps) to the town centre, and you could walk back up but it's only 400-500lkr for a short tuktuk up the very steep hill. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money and I'd highly recommend it. Everything is as it looks in the pictures, so you can be confident you'll get what you expected.

Quiet neighbourhood, great view, away from the city, but not so far to walk down the hill. Very comfortable room, soft bed, great pillows. Breakfast was excellent.

Location was very good as to the city it took around 10 min. Good basic breakfast and a nice gesture of welcome cup of tea ☺️

Dirty and not cleaned before apartment with a lot of insects. The house and the surrounding were messy, not well organized. Compared to other owners, they didn’t pay so much attention to the guests.
