Man wohnt bei Norman und seiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Haus in sehr persönlicher, sympathischen und privater Atmosphäre. Das typisch britische Frühstück ist toll und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es gibt Parkplätze, die zur Unterkunft gehören

We arrived by train so the location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train station. On arrival our host was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was small but functional with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great. We could see Dover Castle from the street in front of the house. It was a short walk to downtown and to the seafront.

Be aware that this charming building has three levels and no lift. The stairs are narrow.

It was overall a very pleasant, beautifully kept property, spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bed was perfect and the bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided tea, coffee, biscuits and generously large towels. The family was very welcoming, attentive and generous with their time. I felt so very well looked after. Breakfast was wonderful: I had full English and really enjoyed it, especially the bacon. I thought that, as hosts, they went above and beyond what would be expected to look after their guests. It was conveniently positioned for both the station and the ferry. I would be very happy to stay again.

Very welcoming hosts, conveniently situated near ferry port and in walking distance of the town centre, easy parking in the street.

Beautiful, cozy and vintage (in the best way) furnished guest house with really lovely landlords. Fine English breakfast. We (2 adults and our 2 teenage kids) came here for the first night after disembarking from the ferry and returned gladly for the last night before the return ferry. Felt like coming home. The guest house is ideally located quite close to the ferry terminal and the city center, so it is a good place to arrive and to start the holiday.
