We had a Lovely stay at Gramarcy House and would recommend it highly if you are visting Brechin Agnes the Host is a Really Lovely person ! she is kind and helpful in every way The house and gardens are beautiful We were travelling by bicycle and she found us a safe place to store our bikes Breakfast was Great Thankyou Agnes if we are coming your way again we will stay with you

Warm and friendly welcome. Lovely house and bedroom well furnished. Good and well presented breakfasts

Unfortunately the shower was temperamental changing from boiling hot to freezing cold with limited pressure.

The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Agnes the host was a wealth of information suggesting places to visit. Breakfast was amazing and always served on time. I stayed an extra night and will definitely return again.
