"Lovely B&B in perfect location for a visit to Brechin"

Lovely house in perfect location; maintained to a high standard by Agnes, the super friendly and attentive host. Just a short stroll to the Cathedral and city centre, with ample private parking at the property. Hope to return when next in Brechin.

Gramarcy House is a lovely welcoming B&B and Agnes is a great host. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and exactly what we needed.

Not a lot. The bathroom fan was a wee bit noisy but that seems really trivial.
